Our Policy

Because 12920271 Canada Inc. (operating as Digital Hub by ImaginFounder) sells digital products that are delivered instantly and electronically, all sales are generally final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider a refund or exchange if:

• You were charged twice for the same order

• The product file is corrupted or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement within 3 business days

• The product description materially misrepresented what was delivered

When We Do Not Issue Refunds

• Change of mind after purchase

• Product already downloaded or accessed

• Incompatibility with your device or software (please review product requirements before purchasing)

• Coupon or discount misuse

How to Request a Refund

Email us at email@imaginfounder.com within 7 days of purchase with:

• Your order number or transaction ID

• Email address used at checkout

• Reason for the request

We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being permanently blocked from future purchases. We work with Stripe and PayPal to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
